Proverbs 27:23
Oh Lord, Your Word declares that You are our Good Shepherd. Just as shepherds provides guidance for their sheep, we pray that You, Lord, provide guidance for every leader. I pray that You help them to be more like You. Help them know the condition of their flock. I pray that every leader gives careful attention to those they lead, and that the relationship between those they lead will flourish. This is the prayer of our heart. Amen.
Meet the Team
At St Paul's we have a dedicated core leadership team who are committed to teaching the word of God and maintaining good values within the community. We are supported by a diverse mix of volunteers who are key to the day-to-day running of the church, services and social groups.

Becky Meilton
Youth Minister & Lay Minister
I have been a member of St Pauls nearly all my life. I have worked as the Youth Minister here since 2015 and in 2022 became a Licenced Lay Minister. I love working with young people, the nerf battles, the fun, all the random questions, but mostly seeing them come to know Jesus and finding their place within his church.
Outside of work I love spending time with people, getting over competitive at board games and enjoying the fresh air on walks.

Julia Childerhouse
Lay Minister
I've been at St Pauls for about 8 years now. I was licensed as a Lay Minister in 2019, and I enjoy the opportunity to lead and preach at services, but most of all I love getting to know people (over a coffee preferably!)
Outside of church life I am also a Scout leader, and I enjoy walking and camping with the family.

Kadie Needham
Lay Minister
I have been at St Paul's for almost 30 years from when my children were baptised as babies and have been a Licensed Lay Minister in the Greenways Benefice churches for almost 20 of them. Recently retired, I am enjoying a more balanced life, particularly enjoying having more time for walking, cycling, and chilling out with family and friends.

Nick Childerhouse
Lay Minister
I'm a Licensed Lay Minister, I co-ordinate the small groups that meet regularly, and I help with the Sunday evening youth work.
I'm married to Julia who is also a LLM at St Pauls. Outside of church and work I enjoy a range of activities like cycling, hiking, climbing and drinking coffee with my teenage children.
