St Paul's has a wide range of children and youth ministry groups, each of the groups have a specific age range, please check out what might be suitable for you or your family.

Sparks
Age:
Under 5 Years (& Parents)

Join us at Sparks (St Pauls Ark) for FREE fun for the under 5s, on Wednesday mornings during term time from 10 to 11.30am in St. Pauls hall. Mums, dads and carers all receive a refreshing cuppa on arrival while the children have fun and play. Please come along with your toddler and have fun!
Spy Kids

Childrens' group for those in school years 3-5, full of games, running around, craft challenges, team games and a place to make friends! And we spend a couple of minutes each week thinking about what are our own values, faith, thoughts about life's issues and God.

Active8 is held during term time in the main 10am Sunday church service. We start off all together in the Church service before going across the hall for our groups.
We often follow the same theme the whole church is studying, or look at subjects relevant to the children in our group. We do this through games, reading bible stories, group discussions, arts and craft and activities to help understand and grow our relationship with God. We do all this while having a lot of fun!"
SPY

SPY (St. Pauls Youth) is a youth group for school years 6 - 9 and we include lots of crazy games, messy activities, sports, craft challenges, a tuck shop, and team activities. We meet in the Church hall between 7-8.30pm during term time on a Friday - join us!
Immerse
Age:
11-16 years of age

Immerse is held during term time at 10am on a Sunday. It is for those is school years 7-11.
We look at subjects relevant to the young people in our group, and explore our faith. We do this through bible studies, group discussions, art work, games and activities to help understand and grow our relationship with God.
Ignite
Age:
11-18 years of age

Ignite is a youth church for those in school years 7- 13.
Each week we explore in different ways what it is to have a relationship with God and what it means to have a faith in the real world. We do this through worship, praying, discussions in small groups, socialising with each other and other creative ways.
If you are secondary school age you are very welcome to come and join us.
Youth Band Practice

Band practice is an opportunity to socialise and play music together.
We have a youth band which play together regularly in Ignite and the Main church service. All abilities welcome to join. Those who just want to play and not be apart of leading worship are welcome to come just for band practices. Dates and times to these vary. Please email Becky for more information.
God Squad

God Squad normally meets alternate Thursday 7.30-9.00pm at a leaders house. We spend time together studying the bible, having discussions and debates about things that are relevant to us and our relationship with God. We watch relevant Videos and Film Clips, drink tea and eat biscuits, chill out, pray and generally go a bit deeper with Jesus together.

We are part of a team from a number of different churches in the town to help run Christian Unions in Hardenhuish and Sheldon Secondary Schools during the school term time. Alongside the CUs we take lessons in there RE and PSHE subjects. We can cover a whole range of different subjects, Marriage, Relationships, Life after Death, God's Grace and the Trinity just to name a few.
