About the event

With record heatwaves choking India and a new report by the UN warning that four indicators of the climate crisis are at record highs, the urgency to act has never been greater. The Eco Church team at St Paul’s have therefore arranged an event on 10.6.2023 in collaboration with the charity Christian Aid. We would love to see people come along, share their thoughts and ideas, and discuss how we can do more. Why not invite friends and neighbours. If you would like to help with the running of the event, please let Steve Cozens (stephen.cozens@outlook.com) know.

the spread of infectious diseases, threatens freshwater deposits and increases the

intensity of natural disasters

• Antarctica loses an Everest of ice every year

• The homes of 200 million people will be under water in 70 years

• A million species are at risk

• One third of the most precious habitats are under threat

• Plastic production is speeding up

• Nowhere on the planet is spared the impact of climate change

We can all can make a difference. Find out how on the 10 th June.
